Remember that you are doing this to make life better.

Achieving goals is tough, as it should be. I always say, our goals, our dreams…they always come in a size too big so we can grow into them. And growth happens where uncomfortable begins. When you’re feeling down, when you’re feeling defeated, frustrated, maybe even tired…remember that no matter your goal, you are wanting to achieve it to make your life better. Plain and simple.

That, alone should motivate you, inspire you to keep going. If it doesn’t, perhaps you need to reevaluate what you’re doing and your why behind it.

So, I ask. When it comes to your goals, what’s your why? Use that why to pick yourself up and push you forward, especially at those times when you just want to stop and sit down.
